99 malibu 3100 V6 fuel in intake?

I have takin off the upper intake and there is a pool of gas in the runners on cylinder 5 & 6 only. it is literally almost to the top of the runner. car idles very hard, and I have done a FULL tune up on the car. I am very puzzled. cylinders 1-4 look fine no excess fuel in the runner or nothing. obd reader says multiple misfire, and thats it!! nothing about the egr or crank sensor, or cam sensor. car does run better with a full tune up, but it still stalls after the car idles for a moment. the car also "chucks".
