How can i get my money back from bad hairdresser?

Omg that's terrible! If she was so concerned about her clients then she should have offered to re-do it or not charged you. but obviously she doesn't really care that much. I would just go in there and have a chat with her. Explain to her how you feel and see what she says. If she refuses to give you a refund then tell her that you will make sure no-one you know will visit her to get their hair done. She might get scared of losing business. Im really not sure how you can go about this nicely, especially if she refuses to refund the money. I wouldn't have paid her in the first place to be honest. good luck xx
