How do i convince my mom too move back? help please!?

I live in turlock right now && i really wanna move back too ceres which is only 10 min away.I wanna go back so bad cause my friends.And my mom works over there anywayz.but she's telling me no your going too pitman or whatever.wtf i wanna go back! how do i convince her.
