Yes this looks right. You need to cite every source you used. But for your book I'm pretty sure you dont have to cite it twice because it is the same source. Make it look like this: Tompkin, Bob. Outer space. "Lost in space." New York, New York: Simon, 2002. 126-32, 167-75. Print.
