Inserting bathroom tissue into my ?

unfortunately I've done this for years since fluid often drips out of my , so I need something to dry it up without getting in my pants and distracting me. but this seems to do things to my glans and foreskin. i'm concerned that it's killing or mutating my cells there. does anyone know of a better way to dry this fluid up?
