Fathers rights/unsupervised visits, anyone with experience please help?

Back to my friend-and his uncooperative ex. She pumps for work, pumps for school, leaves the baby while she goes out, with family and friends, but she is adament that a court (her moms friend is a judge, but not the presiding judge)that info she's getting is only supervised for an infant. State is TN, she also says he'll have to pay 50% for baby and 50% of her bills while she is in school(univ.)if she decides to stop working, she lives with mom again/no bills unless she lies. This is all now that she's been served with paternity, yes he has a lawyer, but not the 125 an hour for oddball questions, he works two jobs only to pay for lawyer, court wont MAKE him continue that if one pays his bills and support right? She says they will because she's going to ask for $1500+ a month if he pisses her off, he only makes about 2500. Own place, car, good guy all that jazz. She says juvenile court friend said he'd be lucky to get hour or 2 supervised on Sundays. Not worried about money, wants joint
