Makeup looks for black eyes?

yes my eyes are black, not dark dark brown. i look freakin dead ther so black :( bt anyway does any1 knw any eye makeup tricks or tips that will brighten up my eyes and mke them mre sparkly cos rite not ther jst lyk.. 2 black spots. :) tnx, xoxo
